Simon Mansell
TBG wouldn’t be TBG without Simon as he set the company up in 2001. As Managing Director, his role is to make sure that TBG keeps up its fantastic growth rate whilst all current clients remain in their happy state. In 2005 he won the Coolest Employee Award. But not because he’s the Managing Director. No, not because of that …Ramola David
Ramola is TBG's Finance Director and, when she's not making sure everyone is paid on time, she's keeping a close eye on the company's finances. Ramola keeps the petty cash tin under lock and key, in a safe, under a rug, with a big heavy piano on top of it.Dean Snook
Deano joined TBG in 2002 and is a previous Employee of the Year. He originally started as a Media Buyer and is now jointly managing the Media Team. Dean is a very happy, ever-so-slightly manic, person to be around. His nickname is Scrat-Dog. YouTube "scrat" and you'll see what we mean! :)Kenneth Lillie
Lillieman is a previous Employee of the Year. His main role is to make the agency the very best that it can be whilst ensuring that everyone remains happy. He introduced Gin Runs and "We Love You" vouchers. He's not happy about losing out on the Best Dressed to Bartman who wears dungarees.Chris Ball
Sergeant Ball built the TBG Creative Dept from scratch and is constantly striving to build the best creative solutions for our clients. Chris is more than obsessed with swimming, biking and running. Imagine his excitement when he discovered triathlons! Buy one, get two free! He also likes custard.Sarah Field
Fieldycakes joined TBG in 2003 as a PA, working her way up to Account Director. She also manages the Display & Email team. Clients love her attention to detail and her obsession with perfection. However, we just love observing her, and her OCD nature, dealing with travelling on the dirty Underground. She a member of the exclusive "Employee of the Year" club!Jamie O’Brien
Jamie joined TBG in 2003 as a freelance Designer and is now permanently employed as an Art Director. Many would say he's a quiet type but really he is just thinking about his next super creative idea. Also, you just can't shut him up after one Jack Daniels & Coke. He is a one man crusade against Kiss FM and at the weekend he enjoys silence.Janet Lindo
Janet joined TBG in 2004. One of the main things that Janet does is to make sure that everyone is happy and treated fairly. When she’s not doing that, she's keeping an eye on our finances. She loves sunny afternoons in the park and all things Latin including ... erm ... Custard Creams ...David Gilbert
Dave has been with TBG since 2003 and is a two-time winner of Employee of the Year. He is responsible for delivering strategic planning solutions to the TBG client base. He honestly believes that he puts the ‘G’ in TBG – we haven’t had the heart to correct him. He's Scottish and VERY proud of it.Bodhi Morrison
Bodhi joined TBG in 2004 and is a Master of Display and Email. He always manages to offer a different opinion than most. For example, he thinks the internet is evil and will be the downfall of mankind. In 2007, he won the Moodiest Person Award. Which immediately put him in a mood. Good times.Simon Spaull
Simon "Spaullminator" Spaull is our Business Development Director. Our clients know him well. If you're not a client yet, you will know him soon. He NEVER gives up as he believes that every company should have a TBG. A little known fact is that he is only 5' 6" and actually uses an array of mirrors to appear 6' 4".Davina Jackson
Davina started in 2005 as an Account Exec and was immediately placed on TBG’s gaming accounts. Alongside her passion for gambling is alcohol, so it is only fitting that she manages Direct Wines. On a night out, she is often given EVEN odds that she will fall over. Nice to see she's putting her expertise to good use. Her nickname is Donut.John Barton
John has been our resident Irishman and a Media Planner since 2006. When not planning media campaigns, he's building positive relationships (read: negotiating) with media owners or evangelising about the latest social networking thingy. In 2007 he won the Best Dressed Employee despite unconfirmed reports of dungarees ...Iain McConchie
Colonel Konchie joined TBG in 2006 and was instantly an invaluable member of the design team, with his creative flair and dogged determination with all things technical. If Iain was any more laid back, he’d fall over, unless of course he’s knee deep in CSS or ASP, when it’s not just his monstrous beard that portrays his animalistic side!Rebecca West
Becks joined TBG in 2006 and is now Account Manager on Moneysupermarket, Experian and npower. She's always smiling and loves nothing more than taking a client out to a casino and getting them drunk. As it gives her an excuse. She also cries when she laughs; and as she's always laughing, she's always crying.Jon Wells
Jon started in September 2006 and is one of our Mid-Weight Designers. He's our Concept King! Or is that Koncept King? Anyway, he's originally from the Isle of Wight so is often seen up the lido on a blow-up lilo, shouting at people who get too close to his "island".Sharon To
Sharon Joined TBG in 2006 as PA to the Creative Director. She was shortly promoted to Creative Account Exec and adopted the nickname of 'Gnome'. When she isn't fishing, she manages creative accounts, focusing on briefs and concepts. She likes boiled eggs. And can drink her own weight x 3 in vino.Iman Ramani
Iman joined TBG in October 2006 and is now our Business Development Manager. He is a legend at closing appointments and at wasting time on Facebook. He is the co-founder of Nandos Wednesday and is currently in Chicken Rehab with Mansell, Spaull, Amy Winehouse and Davey Gilbert.Chris Cook
Cookie is a super-special Mid-weight Designer who originates from the Land of the Giants. He loves nothing more than spreading his big love around. Whether that be in the office or all over your brand. Eeek!Jenny Luche
Jenny AKA “Sunny” started in the Media team during November 2006 – it was a bit of a fluke she got the job as she didn’t even apply for it! Jenny’s ears have been bleeding since she joined the American Express account. Doing “bum bum” shots with clients is now her favourite past time. Not sure if that is OK or not.Lorenzo Sprengher
Lorenzo is our very own Italian stallion and and a regular winner of Designer of the Year. Somehow he manages to balance being absolutely mental with delivering brilliant creative. In a kind of 'on a unicycle, on a tightrope, up a mountain, holding a baby hamster in each hand' kind of way...Ed Santana
Ed joined TBG in 2007 as Junior Designer. When he isn’t Designing Flash ads, he's buying cool video equipment to create rich media ads and film embarrassing Christmas videos. His recent promotion to Mid-weight was a result of his secret obsession with becoming Geek of the Year which he narrowly missed by two places in 07.Amber Vodegel
Amber joined TBG in 2007 as Account Director and is currently working with American Express. She's obsessed with Excel. No lie. She finds it virtually impossible to send an email without a colourful chart pasted into it. Amber is Dutch, hence the funny accent and the unpronounceable surname.Hannah Savage
Hannah joined TBG in Jan 2007 as the dedicated Account Manager on the American Express account. She has quickly proved to be a true TBGer which means she's clever, works very hard and is mental on a night out. Unsurprisingly, she loves it. And we love her.Krupesh Lavingia
Krups joined TBG in 2007 as an Accounts Assistant - entering purchase invoices, solving supplier queries and chasing for credit notes. When he isn't doing that, he is on his mobile phone, providing Mi5 with advice regarding UK homeland security, keeping criminals off the streets and protecting you in your very own home.Scott Holmes
Scott joined TBG from Budget Insurance at the beginning of 2007 to launch the specialist insurance division. His remit now includes working with Deano, co-managing the Media Team. He’s from the great county of West Yorkshire and uses such delightful phrases as "Wash be'ind thi lug oils. Tha's got enuff muck in there to grow 'taters."Simon Wardropper
Mr Wardropper's previous incarnation was as a data analyst. TBG has managed to knock the "boring" out of him whilst encouraging him to further hone his special, number crunching skills. Now he is officially a super human, CPA-target hitting, force of nature. He has more Facebook friends than anyone in TBG.Kelly Dunlea
Kelly's role is two-fold; one as a PA to Directors and another as TBG's Receptionist. Somehow she manages to always balance a friendly smile whilst kicking ass. Basically, if you want something doing then ask Kelly. And if you want someone's ass kicking, then she's your girl!Baydr Yadallee
Badyr has been with TBG since March 2007. He is well known for being bloody good at his job and for constantly asking a squillion questions. In fact, he is like a four year old. No matter what you say to him, his response will be "Why?" He lost his shoe on a TBG night out.Azad Hosenbokus
Azad has consumed fizzy cola and fed fish at TBG since the start of 2007. He has also worked his magic in the Media Team, specialising in his favourite subject: Affiliates as he originally joined us from Affiliate Window. He is quite possibly the strangest person in the company. And that is quite a feat.Mark Tomblin
Mark joined TBG in June 2007. It is his first foray into the exciting work of digital after a long and - some would say - illustrious career in the off-line advertising world and he has special responsibility for helping improve the agency's strategic thinking. He is obsessed with The Wire. And Twitter.Caroline Shaw
Caroline joined TBG in 2007 as PA to the Creative Director. She was so special that she is now PA to the MD as well. When she isn’t cracking her PA whip, she helps on creative accounts and has become the Queen of Creative Specs. She’s not a real red head!Amy Leskinen
Amy works in the Finance Department as Financial Controller. She somehow manages to put the fear of God into people, even with her sweet smile and soothing nature. Maybe it's like the quiet before the storm? Whatever it is, she's a gem!Nick Williams
Bromley Boy Beefy dropped onto the TBG Creative Team scene seemingly unnoticed as mild mannered designer Nick Williams. It wasn’t until a chance discovery on YouTube that his gurning human beat box skills were realised. Somehow, Nick also finds time to bust out some serious Flash ads and compose some mean illustrations.Louise Neale
Louise joined TBG in 2007 as an Account Executive. She works on the Moneysupermarket, GE, Oddschecker and Direct Wines accounts. Despite popular belief, she’s not American. Or Canadian. If you want a laugh, double check with her next time to speak to her... "I AM NOT AMERICAAAAAN!"Amy Daynes
Amy joined TBG in September 2007 as the agency’s resident Copywriter. She’s kind of like the resident DJ – only she mixes words, not records. If Amy was a DJ she’d probably play Bob Dylan. On her guitar. Her first day of working at TBG consisted of a trip on the Eurostar to Disneyland Paris. Hard life!Maria Kekkou
Maria started with us in 2007 as a Receptionist. It didn’t take us long to work out that she was a complete whiz whereupon she was speedily promoted to Account Exec. She won Best Haircut in the 2007 Employee Awards due to her high-fashion geometric bob. She sings like an angel.Paul Elston
Paul joined TBG in 2008 and deals with invoicing, payments and queries. He's an avid sports fan, obsessed with Football, Cricket, Rugby and Motor Racing. His hero as a child was Roy Keane but now its Larry Kahn. Who is the Tiddlywinks World Champion.John Stephens
John joined us in 2008 as Business Development Exec. His favourite pastimes include climbing buildings, boxing and painting. He does all of these at the same time, every Sunday in Hackney. His Aunt was the first British woman to climb Mount Everest!Matt Webb
Matt Webb is a Business Development Executive, joining us in 2008. His specialist subject is "Routes to Anywhere in Mainland Britain by Road from Letchworth" of which he is so excited about he doesn't sleep. Ever. He sits near the fish if you want to come and ask him how to get to your home town from Letchworth.Kieran Allen
Kieran is a Search Exec by day at TBG. It is rumoured that he is also a Search Exec by night as he sleeps under his desk. He’s a Google expert and only speaks to people he believes have a good Quality Score. The very picture of health, our Kieran’s favourite food is BBQ Bacon Steak Burger & Chips. He wants to become fluent in Irish but only so he can join the exclusive TBG London Irish Community.Daniel Carter
Dan is an Account Exec in the TBG Search team and is a master of wizardry in all things PPC. When he’s not creating magic on his accounts, he’s fantasizing about riding a motorbike to see the Trappist monasteries in Belgium. God knows why he would ever get on a bike again ... ask about his BMX accident in 2003. His nickname is "Onions" because he knows them. Or maybe because everyone’s eyes water after hearing his BMX story...Kevwe Okiti
As a Junior Interactive Designer in the Creative team, Kev is working towards his ultimate goal of becoming an Art Director. We like motivated people here. Our mate Kev is also an expert in Capoeira, a Brazilian martial art. Thing is, Capoeira is practised to music so all you have to do, when he is in attack mode, is put some tunes on and he can’t help but revert back to dance mode. Not very scary.Lynsey Galashan
Lynsey is the second official member of the TBG London Irish Community. Although spending too much time in Bristol has made her accent just plain weird. This lovely lass is an Account Exec in the Display | Email team and, interestingly, met Jon from S Club 7 whilst on holiday in Portugal at the age of 14. All together now ... "Reach for the stars ..."Jack Snook
Jack is a part of the Snook Digital Dynasty. He’s one of our Search Assistants and can type so fast that his fingers often bleed. He is officially the happiest person in the world. Like many other members of the TBG clan, he suffers from OCD. His particular strain doesn’t allow him to hang up clothes unless they are on the right coloured hanger. Nutter. We’re a people company.
