TBG LONDON RECOGNISED AS ONE OF UK’S BEST DIGITAL ADVERTISING AGENCIES TO WORK FOR
TBG London (www.tbglondon.com), the independent digital advertising agency, has come 14th in the Sunday Times ‘100 Best Small Companies to Work For’ list. It was the highest-ranked digital advertising agency, judged on a range of criteria including how employees feel about their leadership, wellbeing, colleagues and opportunities for personal growth.
In addition to its high rating overall, TBG was also ranked extremely highly in several key categories. It was:
*Joint 2nd among the 100 companies surveyed for the number of employees saying they were “inspired by their boss” – 92.7%
*4th for number of employees agreeing that “senior management live the company values” – 91.1%
*5th for number of employees saying that they are “proud to work for their organisation” – 93.1%
*7th for number of employees saying they “have fun at work” – 92.7%
Since its founding in 2001, TBG has been focused on providing an enjoyable, challenging environment for its staff to work in. The benefits it offers to its 51 staff include: “We love you” vouchers which can be redeemed for an extra half day’s holiday; annual awards, which reward top employees with £200 Selfridges vouchers or a Toni & Guy haircut; and an employee of the year award, voted for by all staff, where the winner gets two extra days of holiday and £1,000 to spend on a break.
The company also offers monthly team lunches for achieving targets, free monthly massages, early finishes on Fridays and a late start on your birthday, allowing you to have a lie-in.

The ‘100 Best Small Companies to Work For’ awards are open to all businesses with fewer than 250 employees. The awards had entries from 513 companies (an increase of 165 since last year) and took the opinions of 32,075 employees. The awards are now in their fifth year.
