Experian’s MOSAIC UK is a profiling system that allows us to classify consumers according to their socio-economic group.
It takes UK population data from over 400 different sources and then categorises them into 11 main socio-economic groups, such as Twilight Subsistance and Rural Isolation, and then further into 61 different types such as Affluent Blue Collar, Metro Multiculture and Green Belt Guardians.
TBG London uses MOSAIC when analysing your customer and your competitors’ customers. We also use MOSAIC for specific targeting of creative messages, often matching data you provide on your current or target customers to data from media partners, our tracking tools or previous campaign results.
MOSAIC UK was originally created by Professor Richard Webber in association with Experian. MOSAIC Global also classifies more than a billion consumers across a third of the surface area of the Earth.
