TBG LONDON TASKED WITH DEVELOPING NEW ROUTE TO MARKET FOR INSURANCE INDUSTRY
London 20th September: TBG London, the independent, digital advertising agency has been briefed by Kwik-Fit Insurance to develop online display advertising as a new route to market for the insurer.
TBG will be handling all creative and media buying. The aim for the project is to showcase the potential of display as a credible volume driver for brands used to PPC (Pay per Click) and aggregators.
“The insurance market is increasingly crowded and brands used to using the internet as an advertising medium are looking outside the usual routes to market of aggregators and PPC search,” says Scott Holmes, Head of the TBG Insurance Division. “To get cut-through and brand presence, you need to be more visible and find alternatives to the congested media options.”
“We held a competitive pitch for this business,” says Lisa McAndrew from Kwik-Fit Insurance. “TBG stood out from a list of big agencies and their collaborative approach since appointment has been really interesting for the internal team. We have brainstormed the creatives together so we all bought-in to the ideas from day one.”
The Kwik-Fit Insurance deal comes after TBG’s recent Allianz Cornhill win and at the same time as Yes! Car Insurance and eGroup, further defining the TBG London Insurance division as being a leader in the industry.
