Whenever you work with TBG London, you will constantly hear the term KPIs. A KPI is a Key Performance Indicator that is set at the beginning of a project or campaign. For example, one KPI for an insurance client would be “a cost per policy of £xx”. In this instance, our media team would then know that this is the target they need to achieve in order for the campaign to be successful.
As TBG’s services are based around offering measurable results, you will find KPIs in every part of the business. There may be a volume KPI which defines how many new customers you require from you budget or there may be a return on investment KPI at which would allow you to monitor the success of your TBG campaign against other marketing campaigns. There may even be a click through rate KPI for the creative that we produce. All KPIs are monitored via our reporting systems.
