We have a sophisticated recruitment procedure: following a successful application, you will be invited in for an initial job interview. If you are successful, you will be requested to do a presentation regarding your specialist area, preceded by numerical tests. On successful completion of the second interview, we’ll invite you back for a more informal chat and a chance to meet some of the team.
It is a tough recruitment process but the end result ensures we employ the very best people. Every interview has a personal approach – we not only look at ability but also think about internal relationships and how you fit into our culture. We’re as concerned about your ability as we are about who you might go to lunch with.

Graduate Recruitment

We generally only recruit those with previous media experience but, if you’re really good, you may change our minds!
Work Placements / Internships
Although we are very busy people, we do occasionally take on students who are mid-course as interns or work placements. We are inundated with requests so make yours different and provide us with lots of detail about what you are studying and what you want to do when you leave.
